Affiliate Programs

Types of Affiliate ProgramsThere are two types of Affiliate programs with A Better Life: one-time and recurring.

CommissionsSales must be completed with full payment to generate a commission. Commissions are paid only for sales made through qualified, correctly structured Affiliate links and the money-back guarantee period must have ended. Proper link coding is the Affiliate's responsibility. Commissions can be viewed on the Affiliate Dashboard.

For one-time payment options, Affiliates receive a commission per new signup. For recurring payments, commissions accumulate for each paid transaction as long as the customer remains active. Commissions also accumulate for plan upgrades and adding users.

PaymentAffiliates can request payment when their balance reaches a minimum of $25 USD, every 30 days. Payment processing may take up to 30 days and is usually via PayPal.

RefundsIf a customer requests a refund, any earned commissions on that refund amount will be deducted from the Affiliate’s balance.

Usage and ObligationsAffiliates may use A Better Life brand assets, available in the Affiliates section of the A Better Life application. Assets cannot be modified. Affiliates gain no trademark or copyright rights.

Affiliates must not imply they are acting on behalf of A Better Life, bid for advertisements competing with A Better Life, misrepresent their relationship, or distribute unsolicited bulk email mentioning A Better Life.


Modification of TermsWe reserve the right to modify any terms and conditions at any time, at our sole discretion. These modifications could include, but are not limited to, changes in the scope of available commissions, commission schedules, payment procedures, and Affiliate Program rules.

Class Action Waiver

You may only resolve disputes with A Better Life on an individual basis and may not bring a claim as a class action suit. Class arbitrations, class actions, private attorney general actions, and any consolidation with other arbitrations are not allowed.

The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims at a time and may not otherwise preside over any form or class of representation for proceeding or claims (such as a class action, consolidated action or private attorney general action) unless all relevant parties specifically agree to do so following the initiation of the arbitration.
